Online data comes from community ADS-B feeds (adsb.lol, adsb.fi, adsb.one) — the radar auto-selects whichever one your browser can reach. Routes via adsbdb, photos via planespotters. Or feed a local SDR dongle for fully offline use.
airplanes.live closed its free API in 2026, so the radar now probes several community feeds. Leave this on Auto unless you want to pin one.
Run local-feed-proxy.js from the repo on your own machine and put an HTTPS tunnel in front of it, then paste that URL here. The radar appends /v2/point/lat/lon/nm. If the proxy publishes a feed-url.json next to this page, the radar picks it up automatically and you can leave this blank.
If your proxy is set up with a shared token, put it here and the radar inserts it as the first path segment. Anyone who finds the address without the token just gets a 404.
